About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Deals Desk Specialist to support our growing sales organization in streamlining deal execution, improving quote and opportunity accuracy, and improving adoption of critical sales processes and tools. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business operations, and finance, helping facilitate complex deal requirements, ensure compliance, and improve deal velocity and quality.
What You'll Do:
- Deals Desk Support:
- Act as the primary contact for opportunity management—quoting, pricing, approvals, deal structuring, process guidance, SLA’s, etc.
- Facilitate and track progress on approvals for discounting, non-standard terms, and escalations.
- Conduct deal reviews for strategic opportunities ensuring smooth transitions and compliance from sales to finance to customer onboarding.
- Facilitate, draft, and gain approvals for a repository of amended terms and approved language for contract redlines.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to quickly evaluate and clear exceptions.
- Ensure accurate entry and validation of quotes in CRM and CPQ systems.
- Provide frontline support for process and tech questions across the sales org, facilitate answers.
- Process and Systems support:
- Maintain internal request tracking system accuracy for incoming requests (currently Asana).
- Supporting work for data hygiene initiatives and cleanup projects as needed.
- Help document deals desk processes and improve internal SOP.
- Support adoption with enablement participation as new initiatives are completed.
- Additional work as assigned.
What You've Done:
- 1+ years of professional experience and 0-2+ years in sales operations, deals desk, revenue operations, or similar sales-facing role.
- Working knowledge of sales quoting tools, approval workflows, and CRM.
- Administration, coordination, or project management experience within sales, legal/ contracts, finance, business operations, or revenue operations.
- Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, or similar operations software.
- Experience working cross-functionally with excellent written and verbal communication ability.
- Able to thrive in a remote-first environment.
What Stands Out:
- Experience in deal structuring, pricing approval enforcement, and contract operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Nue CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with Gong and Asana.
- Background in B2B SaaS or Software sales organizations.
- Experience with legal red lines and contract negotiation.
- Experience in a high-growth setting with a healthy pace of change.

What We Offer
- The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 5% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
