AIOps Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented AIOps Engineer to join our team.

Apply artificial intelligence to automate IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, and incident resolution. Use ML to detect anomalies, predict failures, and self-remediate issues before they impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement AIOps platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk)
✅ Develop ML models for anomaly detection in systems
✅ Automate incident response and root cause analysis
✅ Create predictive alerting based on historical patterns
✅ Implement log aggregation y intelligent analysis

✅ Automate capacity planning using ML

✅ Develop chatops bots for operations

✅ Integrate monitoring tools with automation platforms.

Requirements:

✅AIOps platforms: Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Moogsoft
✅Machine Learning (anomaly detection, time series forecasting)

✅DevOps y SRE practices

✅Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✅Kubernetes y container orchestration
✅Python para automation y ML
✅ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira
✅Log management: ELK Stack, Splunk
✅Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana
✅Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python
