We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Databricks Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers, and driving the successful delivery of data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Skills:

✅ Design and management of ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks and Apache Spark.
✅ Performance optimization of notebooks and workflows

✅ Cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP)

✅ Data quality, validation, and monitoring implementation
✅ Cross-functional team coordination and ML model deployment support
✅ Proficient in Python, Scala, and SQL

Requirements:

✅ Experienced Data & Project Manager with over 4 years of hands-on experience leading Databricks-based data engineering and analytics projects
✅ Specialist in the development, optimization, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines based on Apache Spark
✅ Expert in transforming raw data into analytical structures and models ready for machine learning
✅ Experience integrating Databricks with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP), as well as using Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks Notebooks to drive operational efficiency and deploy predictive models

✅ English level B2 or higher conversational (is a plus)
