Channel Operations Support Analyst

Rubrik’s Global Partner Organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is part of a newly formed Channel Operations Center of Excellence and will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our channel programs, supporting our partners, and contributing to the accuracy of our financial processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis is essential.
• Experience in creating structured, insightful presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-launch enablement.
