Purpose of Position:

Drive the successful implementation of Setra’s critical environmental solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying tailored systems that meet customer requirements. Support sales opportunities, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal system performance through installation, troubleshooting, and training.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, configure, and deploy tailored solutions for Critical Environment product lines such as room pressure monitors, environmental monitoring software, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work heavily with our sales team to help define potential customer solutions and close opportunities through technical knowledge
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning remotely and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to certain product lines.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of the systems.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and customer interactions.
  • May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the manager/supervisor

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, compliance, and regulations such as ISO, ASHRAE, IEC, etc.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with relevant technical products or applications
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in system design and configuration.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
  • Proficient in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
