We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale our demand generation function. This is a hands-on role with ownership, focused on creating inbound pipeline, strengthening our market positioning, and supporting sales with high-quality marketing assets.
You will work closely with founders and sales, shaping how Radity is perceived in the market and how we generate new business.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation and Content
- Build and execute a content-driven demand generation strategy
- Create and scale case studies, landing pages, and core website content
- Develop clear and credible messaging for B2B IT services and insurtech
LinkedIn and Thought Leadership
- Grow Radity's presence on LinkedIn (company and founder profiles)
- Turn project work into high-quality content and narratives
- Build authority through consistent and relevant publishing
SEO and Website
- Improve website structure, messaging, and conversion
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO-focused content
- Optimize key pages for lead generation
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales to improve materials, messaging, and positioning
- Support shorter sales cycles through stronger proof and content
- Ensure marketing directly contributes to high-ticket deal conversion
Execution and Scaling
- Stay hands-on in execution (content, campaigns, experiments)
- Manage freelancers and gradually build a small marketing function
- Focus on high-impact activities and clear priorities
Success Metrics
- Inbound leads and qualified pipeline
- Website conversion and engagement
- Performance of case studies and content
- Growth of LinkedIn presence and authority
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing
- Experience in IT services, software development, or consulting
- Strong experience with content and case study creation
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing (company and/or personal branding)
- Experience with SEO and website optimization
- Ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Strong English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurtech or fintech
- Experience working with founders or leadership teams
- Experience building marketing functions from scratch
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and marketing workflows
