Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, including imaging workstations and VPN troubleshooting. Troubleshoot, escalate, and coordinate complex IT issues with internal teams, including system upgrades and network installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with PACS, radiology workflows, voice recognition systems (PowerScribe/Fluency), hardware, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and remote support tools/ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
