Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of medical billing, eligibility, or revenue cycle experience
- Knowledge of payer requirements, coordination of benefits, claim processing, clearinghouses (277/278 EDI files), and eligibility portals
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, independent work style, and clear written and verbal communication skills
