Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Results Communication Team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for relaying both urgent and non-urgent medical results across a network of physician practices and hospital systems. You will play a key part in facilitating communication between referring physicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical information. - Solve problems for patients, referring physicians, technologists, and radiologists.
- Facilitate call patching between referring physicians and radiologists, ensuring smooth communication.
- Communicate STAT reads and pertinent positives to referring physicians on behalf of radiologists to ensure results are given to the accountable healthcare professional.
- Maintain a high level of communication and follow-up, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of results.
- Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience.
- Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
COMPENSATION: The hourly range for this position is $17.00–$24.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
