Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Results Communication Team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for relaying both urgent and non-urgent medical results across a network of physician practices and hospital systems. You will play a key part in facilitating communication between referring physicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical information. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Solve problems for patients, referring physicians, technologists, and radiologists.
  • Facilitate call patching between referring physicians and radiologists, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Communicate STAT reads and pertinent positives to referring physicians on behalf of radiologists to ensure results are given to the accountable healthcare professional.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and follow-up, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of results.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience.
  • Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
SHIFT: 11:30pm -8:00am CST (with Flexibility to work other shifts when needed)

COMPENSATION: The hourly range for this position is $17.00–$24.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
