Requirements
- Strategic thinking skills to provide practical advice with an awareness of legal risks in the business context
- Strong understanding of legal and business factors related to health care services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both legal and business contexts
- Strong interpersonal skills that form the foundation of an open and active client rapport
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing of a state bar
- 6+ years of corporate/transactional/operations combined experience at a law firm and in-house at a health care company preferred, strongly preferably health care services
