Key Responsibilities
- Executive Compensation:
- Administers all executive compensation programs. Performs analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs, models potential impact of alternatives and future programs.
- Provides support on executive job evaluations and provides compensation recommendations for both internal and new hire positions.
- Prepares materials for Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Remains current on legislative changes relative to plan regulations and procedure changes, and how they impact the compensation function and any mandated disclosures.
- Develops effective working relationships with various internal and external resources (including legal, corporate finance/accounting, payroll, tax, benefits, etc.) to ensure timely filings and that all actions, plans and programs pertaining to executive compensation comply with internal corporate governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Long-Term Incentive Compensation:
- Manages the annual and quarterly off-cycle long-term incentive administration process (global guidelines, modeling/budgets, communication materials, global legal/regulatory compliance).
- Oversees new LTI award delivery, tracking and vesting, including online award acceptance, in close collaboration with the stock plan service provider (E*Trade).
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and various filings.
- Develops themes, prepares and manages Long-Term Incentive communications. Ensures that employee communications provide clear messaging and explanations that support strong perceived value of equity programs.
- Administers global Employee Stock Purchase Program.
- Manages interface of internal systems with E*Trade system.
Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of the application of principles and theories of stock plan administration and executive compensation.
- Strong Knowledge of global legal regulations affecting stock plans and administration and executive compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including PowerPoint and Access.
- Advanced analytical skillset in Excel with eye for detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
- Recognizes opportunities to provide guidance and share expertise with team members.

Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business or a Related Field.
- Master's degree a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- CEP preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in Executive Compensation and Stock Plan Administration at a publicly traded, global organization.
- Global experience in the technology industry preferred.
