Role Overview
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of partner and channel marketing — from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking. You will work closely with Alliances, Channel teams, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to deliver integrated programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management, operational rigor, and the ability to execute independently while influencing across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end partner and channel marketing strategy, aligned to business priorities and revenue goals
- Design and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns with partners (events, digital, content, enablement)
- Manage partner relationships from a marketing perspective, including joint planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, GTM teams (Private Cloud), Sales, and Partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Drive pipeline creation and measurable business impact through partner-led initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets and partner MDF funds, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
- Oversee vendor management and execution, including agencies, events, and third-party providers
- Build and optimize campaign performance tracking, reporting on KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Leverage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) to execute and scale campaigns
- Utilize AI tools and agents to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
- Ensure consistent and effective partner communications, enablement, and program visibility across the ecosystem
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing
- Proven ability to operate in an end-to-end marketing role (strategy → execution → measurement)
- Strong experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with or active use of AI tools/agents to enhance marketing productivity and outcomes
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
