Role Overview

Our client is seeking a German-Speaking Conversion Agent to support their sales function within the forex industry. This role suits a commercially driven individual who is confident speaking with potential clients, understands conversion-focused sales, and can build interest into action.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling leads, understanding client motivations, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales journey with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking leads and prospective clients
• Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into active clients
• Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of the company's offering effectively
• Identify client needs and guide them through the onboarding journey
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of communication and pipeline activity
• Work towards conversion and performance targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience from first contact onward

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in conversion, sales, business development, or similar commercial roles is preferred
• Experience in forex, trading, digital sales, or financial services would be a strong advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Candidates working remotely should have their own equipment/hardware
• Cyprus-based candidates may choose to work from the office if preferred
