Requirements
- Manage end-to-end access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems.
- Handle complex access requests, approvals, and escalations with minimal supervision.
- Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards.
- Perform detailed access reviews, audit validations, and remediation tracking.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance.
- Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within IAM operations.
