In 1994, a new chapter began as Billy Vassiliadis, who had joined the firm in 1982, took the helm as President, CEO, and majority owner. The firm, now known as R&R Partners, became synonymous with one of the most iconic advertising campaigns in history: 'What Happens Here, Stays Here,' for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). This campaign not only solidified Las Vegas's brand identity but also earned R&R numerous accolades, including Brandweek Grand Marketer of the Year. The success of this campaign was a springboard for expansion, with the firm opening offices across the United States and its first international location in Mexico City. In March 2025, another leadership transition saw Michon Martin elevated to CEO, with Billy Vassiliadis moving into the role of Chairman, signaling a continued commitment to innovation and adaptation for the future.
