About the Role
We're looking for a versatile General Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting three key areas of our marketing strategy: customer engagement, growth optimization, and content development. This multifaceted role will allow you to develop diverse marketing skills while making a measurable impact across digital channels.
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll craft compelling copy for various platforms, optimize conversion points using data-driven strategies, and develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience. You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple marketing channels including email, landing pages, SMS, in-app messaging, and social media.

What You Will Do
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including quarterly newsletters and lead nurtures
- Develop and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns and content offers
- Craft SMS and in-app messaging to support customer communications
- Write copy for various channels (emails, landing pages, social media, ads, CTAs, etc.)
- Leverage CRO best practices to continuously monitor, test, and optimize high-impact conversion points

- Self-sufficient and accountable – You can manage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized without needing daily check-ins.
- Analytical mindset – Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into actionable ideas.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing – You have some exposure to experimentation or a strong desire to learn how to design, run, and evaluate tests.
- User-focused thinking – Awareness of user experience (UX) principles and the customer journey across digital touchpoints. (bonus)
- Strong communication skills – Able to express ideas clearly, both in writing and when collaborating with team members across departments.
- Technical curiosity – Not afraid of working with digital tools, basic CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, or light troubleshooting.
- Team player attitude – Collaborative, respectful, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment while working independently when needed.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Semrush
- Exposure to landing page optimization, content editing, or copywriting
- Basic familiarity with working alongside designers and developers

Salary - $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
