At QuidelOrtho, we believe every detail matters when it comes to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide. We are looking for a passionate, detail-driven, and proactive Global Vendor Master Data Specialist to join our expanding Shared Services Team in LATAM.
The role can be based in Mexico, Brazil or Colombia.

Your Impact:As a Global Vendor Master Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of vendor data across our global operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, helping maintain high-quality data standards that support business efficiency and operational excellence worldwide.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with an international team, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and develop your expertise in SAP, data governance, and process optimization.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and maintain vendor master data in SAP with precision and accuracy.
Validate incoming requests and perform integrity checks to ensure data quality and compliance.
Review supporting documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for vendor master data inquiries and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy.
Run data quality audits and support data cleansing initiatives, including duplicate elimination and record optimization.
Analyze root causes of data quality issues and help implement preventive solutions.
Maintain accurate tax and banking documentation with proper validation and storage.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Participate in special projects, including onboarding new vendors and managing vendor reactivation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Vendor Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Database Management, or related areas.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
