Project Program Management Consultant

The position oversees a team of resources through everyday work processes and responsibilities, projects, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manages people, projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.

-Development of SLAs and KPis for team

• Conducts periodic reviews to ensure team's work is on track and conducts ongoing audits
• Ensures all process documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Utilizes relevant tools, systems, and applications
• Defines supporting and/or drive process improvements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience or combination of work experience and eduation.

-Undergraduate degree highly desired

-Must know the Office 365 applications

• Problem solving ability is a must as well as being able to work independently.
