About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for our data platform and API-driven products. This individual contributor roleoperatesin a PM and PO model, partnering closely with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible data capabilities in a regulated environment.

This role is critical to defining and evolving our data platform, enabling internal teams, developers, and external partners to access, integrate, and operationalize data through well-designed APIs and services. It bridges product vision and execution, ensuring our data and API products are performant, reliable, anddrivemeasurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for data platform and API-driven capabilities
  • Own the definition and lifecycle of data products and APIs, including versioning, scalability, and long-term maintainability
  • Define target consumers (internal teams, developers, partners), integration use cases, and business impact
  • Define API contracts, data schemas, and integration patterns to ensure consistency, usability, and extensibility
  • Treatdevelopers and integration partners as primary customers, improving developer experience, documentation, and ease of integration
  • Guide prioritization and tradeoff decisions balancing scalability, performance, latency, reliability, and business value
  • Partner closely with engineering and data teams to deliver data pipelines and APIs, stepping in as needed to unblock progress and ensure delivery stays on track
  • Define and manage SLAs, performance expectations, and reliability standards for data and API products
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner with Product Marketing and commercial teams to support go-to-market and adoption of data and API products
  • Engage with internal and external consumers to gather feedback,validateintegration use cases, and continuously improve platform usability
  • Define andmonitorkey metrics such as API adoption, usage, latency, reliability, and integration success rates
  • Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory considerations are incorporated into product decisions
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and product development workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, withdemonstratedexperience shippingdata productsin collaboration with engineering teams
  • Experience leading product work across strategy, prioritization, and delivery
  • Experience building and managing platform, data, or API products (distinct from primarily UI-driven or SaaS application features)
  • Strong understanding of data systems, including data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed systems concepts
  • Working knowledge of API design (e.g., REST), data integration patterns, and system interoperability
  • Ability to reason about system and product tradeoffs (e.g., latency vs consistency, batch vs real-time processing)
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams on technical product decisions and architecture-level discussions
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment in complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability tooperatewith high ownership and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains, preferably within fintech
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience contributing to data-intensive or AI-driven products
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate workflows, and enhance product development processes
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) skills to tailor information and communication style to differentaudiencesincluding senior leadership.
  • Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity; able to self-direct work and deliver results independently in a high-demand, fast-paced environment without close supervision.
