We are seeking a Senior Software Developer, AI to build the next generation of AI-powered features in our product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience developing generative AI product features in production – not just prototypes or demos.
- Experience building and evaluating agentic workflows.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing AI landscape.
- Strong command of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one statically-typed language (C#, Java, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and modern web technologies.
- A track record of designing and shipping scalable, high-performance systems.
- Strong communication skills – you can explain a technical decision (or an AI tradeoff) clearly to an engineer or product manager.
