We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and scale a strategic, AI-driven internal product. This role goes beyond hands-on development — we are seeking a senior technologist who can combine deep engineering expertise with architectural thinking and product-level impact. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience building and evolving complex systems across multiple technology stacks. While experience in .NET or Java is preferred, we value engineers who are language-agnostic, adaptable, and comfortable navigating diverse technical environments. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the technical strategy and architectural direction of an AI-driven product

- Drive technical improvements, optimization, and innovation initiatives

Hard Skills:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or Go
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple technology stacks
- Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications or demonstrated interest in AI-driven product development
