Role Overview:

We are seeking aMachine Learning Architect / AI Solutions Architectto design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions powered byLarge Language Models and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will partner with business and engineering teams to translate complex data and knowledge systems intoscalable AI architectures, enabling intelligent applications, AI copilots, and advanced knowledge discovery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and designend-to-end Generative AI solutionsleveraging Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.
• DesignRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesintegrating enterprise knowledge bases, documents, and structured data.
• Build and guide development ofLLM applications, intelligent assistants, and AI copilotsusingLangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Define architectures forvector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval pipelinesthat support scalable knowledge discovery.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate architectural designs intoproduction-ready AI systems.
• DevelopAI reference architectures, design patterns, and best practicesfor enterprise adoption of Generative AI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities whereAI can unlock value from large knowledge and data ecosystems.
• Designsecure and scalable cloud-native AI platformswithin theGoogle Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• Ensure responsible AI practices throughmodel evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and governance mechanisms.
• Mentor engineers and providetechnical leadership across ML and AI initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience designingLLM-powered applications and Generative AI solutions
• Strong expertise inRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embeddings, and vector search.
• Hands-on experience withLLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraphor equivalent
• Experience designingAI solutions within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem(Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, etc.).
• Strong programming experience inPythonand experience working with modern ML frameworks.
• Deep understanding ofenterprise data architectures, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience communicating complex technical architectures to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other Qualifications (OQs):

• Experience designingAI solutions for large knowledge repositories, digital content platforms, or enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience withvector databases
• Familiarity withagent-based AI architectures and multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience withMLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance frameworks.
• Exposure todocument intelligence, semantic search, or knowledge graph technologies.
