Requirements
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Oversee and forecast cash flow
- Identify, forecast, and mitigate financial risks
- Execute payroll using Gusto
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
- Manage timesheet processes in Bullhorn
- Work directly with staff and contractors to resolve payroll, invoice, and receivable issues
- Implement and update financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency
- Provide actionable insights to leadership through reporting and forecasting
