About QGenda
Learn more about QGenda and their company culture.
At the heart of QGenda's mission is a deep-seated commitment to revolutionizing healthcare workforce management. The company's culture is built on the belief that by optimizing how healthcare organizations manage their most valuable asset—their people—they can profoundly improve patient care. This vision started with founder Greg Benoit in 2006, who transformed a manual scheduling process into a sophisticated, automated software solution. Today, that spirit of innovation continues to drive the company forward. QGenda fosters a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are not just welcomed but are considered essential for creating the best possible solutions. The team works with a shared purpose: to solve complex scheduling and workforce challenges for physician groups, hospitals, and entire health systems, ensuring that caregivers can be deployed effectively when and where they are needed most.
QGenda's identity is deeply rooted in being 'healthcare-only.' This singular focus allows the team to develop an unparalleled expertise in the industry's unique complexities. The company culture champions this specialized knowledge, encouraging continuous learning and development to stay ahead of the evolving needs of healthcare. Investing in employees is seen as a direct investment in the company's future and the quality of its products and services. This commitment extends to creating a positive and fun work-life balance, where hard work is recognized and successes are celebrated as a team. Furthermore, QGenda is dedicated to making a positive impact beyond its software solutions. Through initiatives like QGenda Cares and QGenda Green, the company and its employees actively engage in giving back to the community and promoting environmental sustainability, reflecting a shared passion for creating a healthier world in every sense.
