Senior GTM Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior GTM Operations Manager with deep technical expertise in marketing operations and hands-on experience across sales and customer operations. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that enable our marketing, sales, and customer teams to operate efficiently and effectively.

Tasks

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, scoring models, routing workflows, and campaign operations.
• Administer and optimize Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Use AI-driven approaches to optimize GTM processes.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable data across all GTM systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to system integrations, process improvement, and technology adoption.
• Establish clear documentation and compelling data presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue operations at fast-growing organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, process automation, flows, dashboards).
• Strong experience across GTM, including marketing, sales, and customer operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with system integrations (e.g., HubSpot ↔ Salesforce) and process automation tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with additional GTM technologies (e.g., Amplemarket, Glyphic, Common Room).
