This position will assist in the delivery of a compliance quality control function by performing compliance reviews and identifying and mitigating potential risks. The role will involve reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations regarding basic RMA required compliance reviews, documenting compliance review findings, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years experience
- Experience with crop insurance including underwriting, adjusting and/or compliance experience
- Communicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner
- Use a logical approach to analyse issues; demonstrated analytical ability
- Follow established guidelines to focus on details and complete tasks attentively and thoroughly
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated interest in enhancing knowledge; seeks opportunities to learn and grow
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Exercise independent and ethically sound judgment
