Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Senior CS Manager in a SaaS company
- Fluent German and English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and identify Up-/Cross-selling opportunities
- Prior experience in process design, automation, and scaling
