Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-first Forward Deployed Engineer to join Pulsora's growing customer solutions organization. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on deploying AI-enabled solutions directly into complex enterprise environments.

What You Will Do

Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations of the Pulsora platform for global customers, design and implement AI-enabled solutions, use AI-first engineering practices, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, Enterprise SaaS Implementation, or Customer Engineering
• Strong experience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, integrations, and analytics platforms
• Experience with LLM application development including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and evaluation
• Strong vibe coding skills with the ability to rapidly prototype and ship solutions using AI-native development environments
• Experience using modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, Replit, and Bolt.new
• Ability to quickly build internal tools, automations, workflow systems, AI-powered applications, and customer-facing prototypes
• Familiarity with cloud-native and open-source technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration and business process automation
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, carbon accounting, or reporting frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, or TCFD is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
