Join Our Team as a Lead UI Designer at Pulselive to design for the biggest names in sport. You'll elevate the look, feel, and emotion of global sports fandom, working with a high-performing team to craft extraordinary fan experiences.

Requirements

A Figma expert: mastery in high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
Deep knowledge of design system principles, component-based libraries, and scalable visual design frameworks.
Pixel-perfect visual craft with a strong understanding of layout, typography, motion, and responsive design across Web, iOS, and Android.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (nice to have).
Ability to lead UI direction across multiple squads, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, presenting design decisions and visual strategy to clients and leadership with confidence.
Leadership experience, mentoring and inspiring designers while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
