As a Technical Support Agent EMEA, you will answer queries from French and English customers by email, working in full autonomy. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and working with the R&D team to resolve bugs and improve the support process.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a tech support function role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluent French and English (US/UK)
- Ideally B2 level or equivalent in German
