As a Staff Analyst, Operations, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and operational performance improvements across Hims & Hers' operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for analysis
- Strong foundation in analytical methods (experimentation, statistical analysis, forecasting, or operational analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver business impact
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, product, or finance environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
