Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech organizations
- Problem solving ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to exempt and non-exempt team members
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
