Senior Compensation Analyst part-time contracting role to implement, manage and improve compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy
- Utilize data-based methods to make decisions on compensation plans
- Support recruitment and talent management activities
- Support budgets and financial analysis of compensation and benefit plans
- Ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys
- Conduct ongoing research and report on emerging trends and best practices
- Assess competitors' compensation and benefits plans
- Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders
- Experience working with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Solid knowledge of compensation data submission processes
- Practical experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys
- Proven capability in job matching and benchmarking
- Familiarity with different benchmarking methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Structured and process-oriented approach to compensation operations
- Effective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders
