The Full-Stack / Power Platform Developer will design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint solutions, and M365 integrations, alongside backend services using .NET/C# and frontend components with React/TypeScript. They will implement secure, scalable architectures leveraging Azure services, maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust internal tools.

  • Deliver Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint, and M365 integration work across the IT function
  • Develop REST APIs and backend services (.NET / C#, Azure App Service) and React/TypeScript frontend components for internal tools and interfaces
  • Implement server-side security (RLS, Managed Identity, Key Vault) replacing legacy client-side patterns
  • Maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; participate in code reviews, documentation, and sprint ceremonies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • 3+ yrs Power Platform
  • Azure fundamentals — App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID / OAuth 2.0, Managed Identity
  • SharePoint Online administration; Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Forms, OneDrive)
  • Azure DevOps — boards, repos, CI/CD pipelines; Git branching & code review
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, audit trails, data integrity)
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have

  • .NET 8 / C# — REST API development (Entity Framework or Dapper); React / TypeScript — component dev & state management
  • SQL — T-SQL, stored procedures, schema design
  • Azure Logic Apps, Static Web Apps, Functions, API Management, Front Door / WAF v2
  • Experience migrating Power Platform workloads to native Azure services
  • Clinical trial domain knowledge (sites, studies, patients, financial events)
  • Star schema / dimensional modelling (staging → dimension → fact ETL)
  • Microsoft Purview data governance; Sana AI or equivalent webhook integration
