Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Web Strategy and Technology who will:
- Partner closely with marketing partners to lead or support cross-functional digital marketing strategy, digital marketing technology, and web health management
- Be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and technology strategies that enhance our digital marketing capabilities and overall business performance
- Utilize excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Work closely with vendors and teammates across the organization
- Deliver swiftly on digital marketing needs
- Communicate succinctly and effectively up to a Senior Leadership level

Essential Functions:
- Develop and lead data-informed digital marketing approaches, working cross-functionally to develop innovative strategies that drive revenue and increase member satisfaction
- Translate data into actionable web strategies that improve user experience and drive business outcomes
- Lead appropriate web technology strategy, evaluation, and implementation to align with organization needs, researching and advising on the latest digital marketing tools
- Own web technology management, with a focus on compliance, quality, and hands-on operational effectiveness
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to our consumer facing website
- Partner with Information Services and vendor partners to lead or support web health management activities such as CMS maintenance, updates, domain management, technology integrations, etc.
- Ability to understand digital compliance regulations and drive the implementation of relevant solutions
- Operationalize your work by building effective process documentation for digital marketing processes
- Develop a rapport with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders – and influence through communication and leadership
- Lead multiple projects and priorities effectively in a matrixed organization, proactively moving work forward in a self-directed manner
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leadership-level staff
- Ability to develop a rapport with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders and influence through communication and leadership
- Technically proficient in various website platforms and content management systems
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or another related field of study
- 5+ years of digital strategy and technology experience in an enterprise organization
- 5+ years of experience leading cross functional projects
- 2+ years of experience owning digital technology evaluation, implementation, and management
- 2+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution
- Experience managing complex, technical digital projects to completion
- Experience using web analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve website experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience developing solutions for digital compliance regulations
