Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Finance who will:
- Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling
- Evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Partner closely with budget owners to review financial performance
- Manage the annual budget (operating and capital) process and all financial forecasting for Providence Health Plan
- Develop analytical reports
- Assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
- Develop financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required
- Manage appropriate finance staff

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting or financial planning experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience managing others through promoting teamwork, group decision making, delegation, training, and coaching
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Healthcare or Health insurance experience
- Preferred upon hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
