Providence Health Plan is calling a Project Coordinator who will:

  • Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion
  • Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision
  • Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations
  • Demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented
  • Have a passion for coordinating projects

  • This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon

Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work to residents who reside within a daily commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below:

  • Oregon: Portland, Beaverton, Gresham
  • Washington: Vancouver

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years of project coordination / administrative assistance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a health insurance or health plan organization
  • 2+ years of experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships
  • 2+ years of experience composing project documentation (Ex. Meeting notes, Risk and Issue Logs)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and work is successfully completed within deadlines
  • 1+ years of experience developing PowerPoint presentations including graph / chart functions

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
