Essential Department-Specific Functions
- Assists users with support related issues, including new order entry, researching new tickets, order quotes, updating/canceling orders; refers more complicated issues to appropriate staff using Zendesk, Email, Group Email, and Phone
- Handles support ticket inquiries from clients and vendors on a variety of operational topics and questions
- Communicate regularly with other members of the support team to discuss recurring problems and to share solutions and best practices
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Answer incoming client calls and appropriately resolve or escalate

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (from March through mid-November the hours would be 7:30am to 4:00pm local time to be consistent with the United States Eastern Time)
- Type of Work: This is a fully remote position

Starting Pay Rate: 3.000.000 per month plus full benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses.
Once training is completed, there is bonus eligibility upon meeting monthly productivity and quality targets. There will also be opportunities to increase the base salary as different levels of training are successfully completed.

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience on the phone, especially in a client facing role
- Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
- Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
- Distraction-free work environment for home
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
Our hiring process will consist of an initial virtual interview to learn more about you and tell you about us. If we are both still interested, there will be a technical assessment that also gives you a glimpse into what the work is like. If you cannot complete the assessment from a home computer, you will be able to do it on location at our office. If you pass the technical assessment, there will be a remote interview with the hiring team. If we are both still interested, you will go for a background check and drug screening. After all steps are successfully completed, we will extend an offer for employment.
