View company profile

Promise Robotics is revolutionizing the construction industry through groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence and robotics. The company is at the forefront of developing intelligent, flexible, and compact industrial robotic systems specifically designed for homebuilding. These innovative systems are powered by a proprietary cloud-based AI software platform that meticulously manages the entire production lifecycle. This comprehensive platform handles everything from robotic sequence planning and production planning to factory floor operations, scheduling, and logistics. By offering a 'Homebuilding Factory-as-a-Service™' (FaaS) model, Promise Robotics empowers homebuilders to adopt automation without the significant capital investment and deep technical expertise typically required. This innovative approach allows builders to scale their production confidently and efficiently, addressing critical issues such as labor shortages, construction costs, and project timelines.

The core mission of Promise Robotics is to enable the building industry to harness the full potential of automation, thereby increasing efficiency, tackling housing shortages, and ultimately making housing more affordable and sustainable. Their technology transforms traditional blueprints into production-ready designs, which are then executed by AI-powered robots capable of producing components for a wide range of housing types, from single-family homes to multi-story apartment buildings. Promise Robotics' systems are designed for rapid deployment in various settings, including existing warehouses or temporary offsite or onsite structures, providing builders with a turnkey, one-stop production solution. This flexibility, combined with the ability to use local materials, supply chains, and labor, ensures that communities benefit directly from the construction process. Through their pioneering work, Promise Robotics is not just building homes; they are constructing a new future for the building industry, one that is more productive, sustainable, and capable of meeting the evolving housing needs of society.
