PRODA was founded in 2017 by Peter Bredthauer and Charles Williams, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals who regularly used rent roll data for quarterly reporting and valuations and understood the frustrations of manual data processing. The team includes data analysts, designers, and developers working from London.
