Chief of Staff (Internship) (all genders)

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a remote team of experienced tech and business professionals, based in Germany, UK and France. While we enjoy collaborating remotely (and so should you), we come together for regular team offsites in Europe.

You will join a team of experienced senior business professionals and engineers who are committed to creating intelligent software & developing code that helps make procurement more efficient.

Impact & Ownership

• Supporting our founders with everything they need support with (i.e. client presentations, fundraising efforts, scheduling, internal and external events etc.).
• Acting as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
• Building up internal knowledge on procurement and AI trends.
• Establishing top-notch business operations processes.
• Executing special projects.

Requirements

• You have Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution and are currently pursuing an MBA or Masters degree at a leading business school.
• You have experience in consulting, investment banking and/or technology (experience in startups and procurement a plus).
• You have strong problem-solving skills and are not hesitant to use them in practice.
• You are an independent self-starter: you thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with a very high level of responsibility.
• You have an excellent record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
• You are detail-oriented and thorough; able to effectively juggle multiple tasks/projects at once in a highly fluid work environment.
• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• You communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English (German as a plus).
