This role involves partnering with ASM/TM to activate Aquablation patient pathways, supporting Procedure Activation Success in Office and Hospital, and tracking patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5–12 years in medical device sales, market development, or commercial operations (urology preferred).
- Strong understanding of referral dynamics, reimbursement, and hospital workflows.
- Proven ability to influence physician and office adoption.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
