PrizePicks, the leading DFS platform known for accessibility and a thriving community, is seeking a rockstar Associate Product Manager to be an integral part of our Core Product Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, and technology, and have a product-related background.
What you’ll do:
- Learn:
- Learn the role, responsibilities, and tasks associated with growing in the product management career path.
- Deeply understand the DFS landscape, particularly new game modes, promotions, and user requests.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
- Strategize:
- Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our members.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our products, while ensuring a best in class user experience by synthesizing customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
- Execute:
- Assist in the ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Create and own supporting documentation necessary for internal and external users.
- Collaborate:
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on best-in-class products and user-facing features.
- Work with primary stakeholders (like our UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Game Operations teams).
- Grow:
- Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it. As an associate product manager there will be tons of opportunity ahead to learn and develop alongside teammates, mentors, and our leadership team.
What you have:
- 2+ years of experience in product or related disciplines.
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.
- Strong research skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities for feature delivery
- Experience working across departments with internal or external stakeholders.
- Self-driven with a sense of urgency and a desire for tackling unexpected problems.
- The ability to take audibles in stride and adapt in a high-paced environment.

Where you’ll live:
- Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta would be preferred.
