WHO WE NEED:
We believe in results over bureaucracy. We are not looking for a "scheduler." We are looking for an Integrator.
You will partner with a "Captain" profile (High Dominance/Innovation) who needs a counterpart to ground his ideas in reality. If he is the steering wheel and the gas pedal, you are the engine and the navigation system. You will take his vision and build the tracks while the train is moving, and you will need to be adaptable, yet structured to do so.
- Translate Vision to Execution: Our client creates the "What" and "Why." You own the "How" and "When." You will turn brainstorming sessions into actionable project plans immediately.
- Master of the Calendar (Offense, not Defense): You don't just accept invites; you architect the day to maximize the Executive's unique strengths (Futuristic/Communication). You ensure prep time, buffer time, and "deep work" blocks are sacred.
- Communications & Ghostwriting: Our client values high-impact communication. You will manage the inbox and draft correspondence that matches his tone—energetic, positive, and clear.
- Operational Architecture: You will build and maintain the "Second Brain" of the business—ensuring files, SOPs, and decisions are documented and retrievable instantly.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Anticipatory Intelligence: You solve problems before your leader knows they exist.
- Tech-Forward Efficiency: Proficiency in modern project management and communication tools (Slack, Asana/Notion, G-Suite).
- Emotional Intelligence: The ability to "read the room" virtually and manage relationships with high-level stakeholders on the leader's behalf.
- Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where "done" is better than "perfect," but "organized" is non-negotiable.
- Experience: You have 4+ years of experience as an EA to a C-level Founder or Entrepreneur.
- Experience in E-Commerce or high-growth scaling environments preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or Visionary/Integrator dynamics.
Compensation Details:
- Salary: $80,000 - 90,000

This is a remote position. PST Time zone is strongly preferred.
