POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Program Manager – CCBHC provides ongoing coordination and oversight of the implementation and sustainability of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model across the agency. The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the ongoing implementation of programmatic changes to meet CCBHC certification criteria, monitoring, and reporting on required Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), and assist with clinical supervision and agency training needs related to model fidelity. This individual is also responsible for running the population health management reports and will work with the team members as needed for analysis and stratification.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or closely related field.
- Four year’s post-graduate experience providing psychological assessments, evaluations and interventions with clients. This experience must include work with adults with serious mental illness and children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance.
- Two years supervisory experience in related field required.
- Experience with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model is strongly preferred.
- Additional experience and training in child and family therapy, chemical dependency counseling, cross-cultural communication, and rural and frontier service delivery are desired.
- Experience with audit preparation, accreditation/survey activities, CQI/TQM, and Outcomes measurement preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment:
- New Mexico State independent licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker is required, e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.
- This position requires a current supervisor designation in compliance with NMAC16.27.19.10, approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board. The designation must be maintained throughout employment, including all renewal and continuing education requirements set by the board.
