Position Summary

As the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Software Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of our HRIS system. Your responsibilities will include resolving user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering proactive support to maximize HR operations efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to our company's success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencein information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical support for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Proficient understanding of HR business processes including talent management, workforce administration, and employee self-service.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, management communication, and business relationship management.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with system configuration, data management, and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors HRIS.
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred but not required.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frontline support for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and other systems as identified and necessary, addressing user inquiries, system errors, and performance challenges.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues or areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements.
  • Execute routine system maintenance tasks such as user provisioning, data imports, and system updates.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize prescribed department change management processes to report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies.
  • Participate in system testing and validation efforts for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Liaise with SAP support resources and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features within SAP SuccessFactors HRIS.
