Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years in systems or data engineering, preferably in the biopharma industry
- 4-6 years of customer-facing project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience interfacing with systems such as EDC, high-performance computing, large-scale data, and commonly used data lakes and data warehouse systems within biopharma
- Experience with AWS and common data workflows involved in pharma clinical, translational, and basic R&D
- Experience with AI-driven data platforms and precision medicine
