Director, Implementation Biomarker Intelligence

QuartzBio is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the successful implementation of their SaaS solutions, focusing on biomarker intelligence. This leadership role involves overseeing the implementation process, ensuring customer alignment, training on biopharma best practices, and serving as a subject matter expert on customer data and processes. The Director will also mentor and develop a team of implementation consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10 years of experience managing teams.
• 8-10 years of experience leading projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and leading projects.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
