The Administration Representative, reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, is responsible for a variety of functions to support the Distribution, Finance, Call Centre, Sales, and BT teams for multiple publications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Accuracy is key
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a task-oriented team environment
- High degree of initiative
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
