Pomelo is looking for a sharp, structured HR & Operations Assistant to support a leading US-based e-commerce digital marketing agency. The role involves maintaining HR records, supporting team operations, and assisting with founder and Ops Manager support. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with experience in operations, HR admin, or agency support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years experience in operations, HR admin, or agency support
- Strong experience with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
- Excellent written English
- Ability to work independently and own your domain
- Ability to work in Central European Time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
